1971 454/425 HP Corvette, same as above but with open chamber aluminum square port heads, Monte Carlo and Chevelle were to get cast iron open chamber square port heads and 9.0:1 comp.

LS-7 454/465 HP never factory installed in a vehicle, it became available in 1970 as an over-the-counter crate motor or could be built with over-the-counter parts with 4-bolt block, steel "Tuftride" crank, 7/16" "dot" rods, forged floating pin pistons, 1/16" rings, solid cam, aluminum open chamber square port heads, 12.5:1 comp, 3/8" pushrods, Holley 850 cfm carbon aluminum hi-rise intake with plenum divider cut down, originally intended for the 1970 Corvette.
ZL-1 1969 427/430  HP in Camaro and Corvette, same as L-88 except ZL-1 used an aluminum block, only installed in 2 Corvettes, some engines were sold over the counter.
